Enterprise AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, further develop, and operate an enterprise AI platform in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
• Develop and implement reference architectures and technical standards for AI and GenAI solutions
• Provide self-service platform services for development and product teams
• Automate infrastructure and platform components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and GitOps
• Implement and further develop MLOps and LLMOps processes
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI, data, and platform workloads
• Advise product, development, and data teams on architecture and platform topics
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Develop reusable platform components, templates, and accelerators
• Responsibility for observability, availability, scalability, and cost optimization of the platform
• Close collaboration with Security, Cloud, Data, and DevOps teams
• Several years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps environment
• Very good knowledge of AWS and modern cloud platforms
• Experience with Databricks and AI/Machine Learning platforms
• Profound knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches
• Very good knowledge of Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms
• Good programming skills in Python
• Experience with security and governance requirements in an enterprise environment
