Responsibilities
- Overall technical responsibility for the target picture and overall solution
- Management and prioritization of technical delivery
- Definition of concept structures and quality standards
- Ensuring consistency between business, Genesys, and architecture
- Leading technical point of contact for client and project team
- Preparation and facilitation of technical decisions
- Review and approval of essential concepts and deliverables
- Technical leadership and coaching of consultants
- Identification and escalation of technical risks, especially regarding scaling issues
- Active support in rebuilding client trust
- Support of project management
