The role involves creating and managing GMP-compliant documentation for pharmaceutical manufacturing, including order processing, inventory management in SAP, and document review.
Project overview
Scope of Services
- Delivery and start-up of production orders
- Execution of inventory checks and postings in SAP
- Review and processing of manufacturing and packaging documents
- Checking of logbooks, scale calibration protocols, and cleaning records
- Ordering of consumables in daily business as well as line releases at order start or during disruptions
- Maintenance of the qualification overview in relevant databases, e.g., CSDB
- Creation and processing of packaging instructions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in GMP-compliant documentation in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Expertise in inventory checks and postings in SAP as well as with MS Office
- Routine handling of logbooks, scale calibration protocols, and cleaning records
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
