Job description
As an Electrical Executor C, you are responsible for the safe, qualitative, and timely execution of electrical engineering work within Liander's distribution network, managing multiple teams and projects. You will act as the Responsible Person for Low/Medium Voltage (LS/MS) according to BEI regulations.

Assignment Description
As an Electrical Executor C, you are responsible for the safe, qualitative, and timely execution of electrical engineering work within Liander's distribution network. You will work from the Apeldoorn region and be active at various project locations spread across the Veluwe. Within this role, you will independently manage multiple work activities and execution teams. Depending on the scope, this ranges from a few large projects to several smaller tasks per day. You will be involved in complex LS/MS projects with significant technical and organizational responsibility.
In addition to daily management, you will fulfill the role of Responsible Person in accordance with BEI. You will monitor safety, assess risks, and make independent decisions in case of deviations, emergencies, and failures. You will work closely with project managers, team leaders, contractors, and other involved parties. Furthermore, you will act as a mentor and trainer for colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and the further development of skilled workers. If applicable, you will participate in standby and emergency services.

Assignment details
- Independently manage multiple electrical engineering projects and execution teams, including larger teams of more than eight team members.
- Prepare, plan, and coordinate work on low and medium voltage networks.
- Act as Responsible Person LS/MS and ensure compliance with the applicable BEI safety regulations.
- Monitor the schedule, progress, quality, and safety of work.
- Independently analyze and resolve technical deviations, emergencies, and failures.
- Coordinate with project managers, municipalities, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate, check, and report on executed work.
- Coach, guide, and train colleagues and skilled workers.
- Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level.
- Possesses the required BEI appointments Responsible Person BEI Distribution BHS (LS and MS).
- Has demonstrable practical experience with these appointments, including the required practical hours (flying hours). Theoretical knowledge or certification alone is insufficient.
- Candidates with a lower BEI appointment are not eligible.
- The CV must be provided in Dutch.
- References are available and can be provided upon request.
- The candidate is willing to undergo the required basic screening and apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
