Mission Context

As part of the operational maintenance and evolution of its IT environment, our client is looking for an experienced Windows 10/11 Systems Engineer, capable of taking on a technical Tech Lead role for TMA and MCO activities for workstations.

You will work within a structured IT department, coordinating with internal teams, operations teams, and outsourcing providers.

Your objective will be to guarantee the availability, stability, and security of Windows environments, while ensuring operational management of activities.

Important: The mission requires full-time presence on-site in Versailles-Satory. Site access is subject to mandatory prior screening.

• Technical and Coordination Leadership (Tech Lead)
• Lead TMA activities for Windows 10/11 environments.
• Organize and track workloads, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate interventions with operations teams, the Help Desk, and service providers.
• Ensure monitoring of activities, risks, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Challenge business needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Operational Readiness Maintenance and L3 Support
• Guarantee the availability and performance of Windows workstations.
• Handle complex Level 3 incidents.
• Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of work environments.
• Administration, Evolutions, and Security
• Ensure the configuration and setup of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Participate in the management of the IT asset lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to the deployment of security patches (Patch Management).
• Participate in the evolution of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
• Operate the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) tool.
• Ensure the application of security requirements: EDR, encryption, and security policies.
• Testing and Documentation
• Write technical specifications and acceptance test documents.
• Perform integration and validation tests.
• Keep technical documentation and operating procedures up to date.
• Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Windows systems environments, ideally between 7 and 10 years.
• Significant experience as a Tech Lead or technical referent.
• Ability to lead technical activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a structured and/or outsourced IT department environment.
• Mastery of Windows 10 and Windows 11: administration, configuration, and setup.
• Experience in workstation engineering and Windows environment management.
• Good knowledge of MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Mastery of TMA and operational readiness maintenance activities.
• Proven experience in L3 technical support.
• Knowledge of EDR solutions, encryption, and Patch Management.
• Mastery of testing, acceptance, and technical documentation processes.
