Seeking an Expert DevSecOps to join a major mail transport company's IT shared services team in Nantes. The role involves guiding technical teams in adopting best practices, optimizing architectures, and industrializing CI/CD pipelines.

As part of its IT transformation projects and continuous improvement approach, our client, a major player in mail transport, is strengthening its shared services team. They are looking for a DevSecOps Expert capable of supporting technical teams in adopting best practices, optimizing architectures, and industrializing CI/CD pipelines.
Your missions
As a true DevSecOps referent, you will work with project teams to:

- Audit the DevSecOps maturity level of teams and evaluate their practices.
- Analyze software and technical architectures to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Support the implementation and adoption of DevSecOps tools.
- Evaluate supervision, monitoring, and observability systems.
- Lead DevSecOps progress plans: definition, monitoring, and reviews.
- Raise team awareness of good security, automation, and development practices.
- Audit reports with recommendations
- Progress plans and monitoring reviews
- Support for DevSecOps tool implementation
- Monitoring and observability dashboards

Work environment
Sector: Mail and distribution transport
- More than 3 years in supporting and managing DevSecOps change, ideally within a shared services team.
- More than 5 years with microservices architectures and containerized environments.
- Environments: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift
- CI/CD: Git, GitOps, GitLab / GitLab Runner, Jenkins, Nexus
- Supervision: Grafana, Kibana
- Development: Java, Node.js and/or Python, Bash scripting
- Good knowledge of software architectures, application lifecycle, and IT security challenges
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe
- Jira, Confluence, Klaxoon, Microsoft 365
