Project overview

Provision of support in technical operations for Windows system infrastructures.

In a context of managing IT infrastructure obsolescence, maintaining operational conditions (MCO) of system environments, and strengthening information system security within the framework of the cybersecurity plan, the company wishes to benefit from specialized technical support in the administration, operation, and evolution of its system infrastructures.

This service also aims to strengthen the operational capabilities and expertise of internal teams, particularly in system engineering, Windows Server infrastructure management, and technical operations steering.

The purpose of these specifications is to define the intervention conditions for a service provider specialized in system infrastructures, with particular expertise in Windows Server environments.

The mission will cover the following activities:

2.1. Organization and support for deployments

2.2. Steering and execution of system infrastructure renewal

2.3. Active Directory administration and management

2.4. Technical support and L2/L3 expertise

2.5. Implementation of remediation measures related to the cybersecurity plan

The service provider must demonstrate significant experience in the administration, engineering, and technical steering of system and network infrastructures in a production environment.

• Preparation and installation of new servers at the company's various sites.
• Participation in the definition of technical architectures and their implementation.
• Coordination of technical stakeholders and monitoring of deployment operations.
• Verification of installation compliance with technical and security requirements.
• Steering of system infrastructure renewal operations.
• Identification and treatment of server equipment obsolescence.
• Identification and treatment of server operating system obsolescence.
• Preparation and execution of migrations to supported environments.
• Contribution to improving the availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructures.
• Monitoring of migration and production launch operations.
• Administration and maintenance of Active Directory environments in operational conditions.
• Management of accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies (GPO).
• Analysis and resolution of incidents related to directory services.
• Participation in the evolution and security operations of the Active Directory architecture.
• Implementation of best practices for administration and security of environments.
• Handling of complex incidents requiring system expertise.
• Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of malfunctions on Windows Server infrastructures.
• Technical assistance to operations and engineering teams.
• Contribution to resolving recurring problems and identifying their root causes.
• Writing and updating technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Identification and treatment of vulnerabilities affecting server infrastructures.
• Deployment and monitoring of critical security updates.
• Application of remediation measures defined within the cybersecurity plan.
• Analysis and treatment of discrepancies identified during security checks.
• Monitoring of security indicators and treatment of anomalies reported by reporting and supervision tools.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of infrastructure security levels.

• Confirmed experience in the administration and operation of Active Directory environments.
• Demonstrated experience in technical management and activity coordination in a Windows Server systems and infrastructure environment.
• Mastery of ITIL processes and experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ideally ServiceNow.
• Confirmed skills in virtualization and administration of virtualized environments.
• Ability to support and steer installation, migration, and renewal projects for system and network infrastructures.
• Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate technical operations involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Aptitude to establish and track a workload plan, anticipate resource needs, and report on activities.
• Ability to intervene on complex technical issues and propose solutions adapted to availability, performance, and security challenges.
