Project overview

As an expert in the social domain, you will contribute to the further development of the social domain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Help develop the social domain with more offerings in the primary field
• Switch between operational, tactical, and strategic levels
• Build collaborative relationships within a politically sensitive environment
• Steer towards agreed-upon results
• Ensure the integration of work-oriented day activities in execution
• Set up and activate the youth prevention network
• Finalize the annual plan for welfare work
• Train an employee to become a policy officer for the social foundation
• Independently execute the assignment, outside the line organization
• HBO Bachelor's level as the minimum required education level
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the last 10 years as a consultant in the Social Domain within a municipality
• Practical experience in preventive youth policy and advice on the social foundation
• Work experience with coaching
• Preferably a degree in public administration, healthcare, or social domain-related field at a minimum HBO Bachelor's level
• Preferably work experience with development projects related to the Youth Reform Agenda
• Preferably work experience as a (senior) policy advisor within the social or societal domain in a municipality
• Preferably work experience with welfare work
