Responsibilities

• Creation of functional test cases for SAP SuccessFactors EC Time
• Setup of test employees in Employee Central, including the hiring process
• Execution of master data changes, such as transfers and working time adjustments
• Assignment and verification of different working time and shift models
• Execution and documentation of tests in EC Time
• Execution of end-to-end tests from hiring in EC, through time data recording and time sheets, to handover to ECP and payroll
• Evaluation of test results and comparison with functionally expected results / analysis and clear documentation of errors
• Execution or support of re-tests / support and guidance of involved colleagues
• Creation of training materials and, if necessary, conducting training sessions
• Maintenance of an open issues list

Requirements

• Solid practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Sound project experience with EC Time, Time Management, or Time Tracking
• Demonstrable experience in creating and executing functional test cases
• Practical experience with working time, shift, and time management scenarios
• Experience with end-to-end processes from Employee Central or EC Time to ECP or SAP Payroll
• Experience in setting up test employees and performing master data changes
• Confident error analysis and comprehensible test documentation
• Long-term planned project duration
• Remote possibility
