In this role, you will support a multi-year content transformation program leveraging Adobe GenAI capabilities to drive significant operational efficiencies and agency spend optimization.

You will partner across Marketing, Brand, Supplier Services, Procurement, and Transformation teams to manage investment governance, track ROI, oversee vendor spend, and deliver executive-level insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate complex budget lines including software licensing, labor, consulting expenses, and headcount investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, NPV analyses, and cost allocation methodologies across lines of business.
  • Track value realization initiatives and monitor progress against agency spend optimization and cost-savings targets.
  • Analyze agency spend, content production volumes, and reinvestment scenarios to measure long-term business value.
  • Build executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and financial narratives for senior leadership, including CFO, CMO, and other C-suite stakeholders.
  • Leverage Excel and large datasets to create decision-support tools, visualizations, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support vendor and contract governance initiatives, including agency contract restructuring and spend analysis.
  • Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to track payments, vendor performance, and cross-business-unit expenses.
  • Utilize Workfront and related planning tools to analyze resource capacity, workflow efficiency, and organizational utilization.
  • Support AI transformation initiatives through financial analysis, governance frameworks, operational reporting, and executive communications. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large, complex budgets and financial operations.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including dashboards, macros, financial modeling, formulas, and NPV analysis.
  • Strong experience aggregating and analyzing large datasets and translating findings into executive-level recommendations.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present financial and operational reporting for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to bring structure to complex, fast-paced environments.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive budget, vendor, and workforce information.
  • Understanding of financial services products and operating environments. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with procurement and payment systems such as Ariba, SAP, Optima, or similar platforms.
  • Background in vendor management, software licensing, contract governance, or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience tracking ROI, value realization, and transformation program benefits.
  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar resource and project management platforms.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, content production, agency management, or creative services organizations.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation programs, AI initiatives, and change management efforts.
  • Experience operating within large, complex matrixed organizations.
  • Ideal candidates combine strong financial acumen with executive presence, exceptional analytical abilities, and the ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories that influence strategic decisions. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
