Roosendaal, Tilburg, Den Bosch, Eindhoven.

Candidate must be from the Tilburg area.

On-site or from home: 100% in the office at various locations

Working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Part-time days cannot take place on Mondays and Thursdays.

Flexible On Site Support Employee IT

Your colleagues from Digital-Services, an essential part of the Digital Solutions and Support chain. The team consists of approximately 30 colleagues, divided over various disciplines: Service Desk, Onsite Support, Service Improvement, and Service Development. Most of the team works from the Zwolle location, where you will also occasionally be present for team meetings, which take place once a quarter.

As an On-site Digital Services Employee, you will provide IT support at Enexis locations in the West and South-East Brabant region. This work area includes Roosendaal, Tilburg, Den Bosch, and Eindhoven. Employees can come to you for IT-related tickets, and you will ensure they are up and running again as soon as possible!

As an Allround Digital Services Employee, you get energy from investigating and solving ICT challenges that our users experience at multiple locations. You will work to make workplaces ready for use, install software, and perform maintenance.

Job requirements

MBO+/HBO work/thinking level

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge and experience in solving hardware and software problems, AV equipment, and general network/server knowledge.

Knowledge of Enexis' internal processes to support the IT Service Desk with user inquiries.

Driver's license B and own transportation

• Your schedule depends on the absence of our regular colleagues due to leave/training or illness. You are the first point of contact for our employees at the branches, making you an important part of the value chain.
• You are responsible for the availability and continuity of the systems.
• You will handle user reports and logistical tasks for ICT workplaces and smartphones.
• You will ensure a well-functioning printer environment and NarrowCasting.
• You will contribute to the improvement of systems and processes through documentation and by gaining knowledge from the users themselves.
• You will maintain stock levels at various locations to have sufficient IT resources in case of defects or deployments for users.
• Managing meeting rooms, information screens, physical workplaces, and participating in (ad-hoc) resolution teams for (production) disruptions are part of your tasks.
