Forward Deployed Engineer – GenAI Project

Project overview

For a GenAI project, we are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer who will analyze business challenges together with the business units and translate them into productive AI solutions. You will be responsible for development from conception and prototyping to deployment and operation.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of full-stack and GenAI solutions
• Integration of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and MCP servers/clients
• Connection of enterprise systems such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
• Implementation of APIs, database connections, and CI/CD processes
• Ensuring code quality, IT security, and reliable operation

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software development with full-stack knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Python as well as React and TypeScript
• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompting, agents, RAG, and evaluation
• Experience with MCP, enterprise APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
• Knowledge of GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code
• Independent, solution-oriented approach to work and high flexibility
