The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced organisation based in Reading on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to support the business with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing meaningful financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making and helping senior stakeholders understand business performance and future opportunities.

- Support the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting packs.
- Analyse financial and operational data, highlighting trends and key variances.
- Provide revenue, cost and profitability analysis.
- Support cash flow forecasting and scenario planning activities.
- Partner with budget holders and department leaders across the business.
- Deliver KPI reporting and performance insight to senior management.
- Assist with board reporting and presentation materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or a Financial Analyst role.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis.
- Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Available immediately or at short notice preferred.
- Competitive day rate of £350
- £450 per day.
