Project overview

As part of a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation at a leading medical technology company, an experienced SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Consultant is sought. The project focuses on the successful migration of Customer Service and Sales & Distribution processes to the new SAP S/4HANA platform.

Acting as a bridge between business users and the ERP implementation team, you will support business continuity throughout the transformation and ensure smooth user adoption. The project encompasses all critical phases from implementation to go-live support and the hypercare phase.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes and SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Sound knowledge of Customer Service Operations, Pricing Management, and Customer Master Data Management
• Practical experience as an SAP Business User or SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on digital transformation projects
• Very good knowledge of process documentation, business analysis, and reporting, as well as data migration support
• Fluent German and English skills, and experience in international, cross-functional teams

• Support Customer Service users during the SAP S/4HANA transformation and ensure business continuity
• Functional support in Customer Order Management, Order Processing, Shipment Follow-up, and Invoicing Processes
• Configuration support and business validation for SAP ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Inventory Management
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End testing, and coordinate users during test cycles
• Support data migration, master data management, and validation of master and transactional data
• On-site go-live support, hypercare support, and train-the-trainer workshops for key users
