The assignment focuses on improving and optimizing the creation of the P&C products Kadernota and Begroting.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Deliver a fully configured and documented P&C process including formats and planning
- Demonstrably improve the Kadernota and Begroting
- Provide an accurate transfer and anchoring within the organization
- Participate in financial policy, including the cost allocation note and tariffs
- Advise management, college, and council
- Extensive experience with financial advisory work within the public sector
- Able to make a concrete contribution to the requested products within the P&C cycle
