Freelance Web Consultant needed near Lille to support web platforms and marketing tools. The role involves incident management, TMA coordination, user support, and functional specification writing.
Project overview
Our client, based near Lille (59), is looking for a freelance Web Consultant (M/F) to provide support for their web platforms and Marketing tools.
MISSIONS
Profile sought
- Ensure the proper functioning of platforms, qualify incidents, and manage their resolution according to their business impact
- Manage TMA (Third-Party Maintenance Agreement): prioritize fixes, lead follow-up meetings, and control deadlines and quality of service
- Coordinate developers, service providers, and infrastructure teams on interventions within the scope
- Provide user support, train them, and maintain documentation and operational procedures
- Organize acceptance testing for fixes and updates, then secure their production deployment with technical teams
- Apply IT security rules and administer platform access and authorizations
- Track recurring incidents, maintenance costs, and risks, and share priorities with business units
- Gather business needs, write functional specifications, and contribute to technical specifications
- Prioritize evolutions based on their value, cost, and risks, while preserving capacity dedicated to run operations
- Coordinate acceptance testing and deployment of new features, then support their adoption

- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar context, if possible, international
- You are used to working with Drupal and Web platforms
- Proficiency in Jira would be a plus
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- You are described as adaptable, a good communicator, and proactive!

- Duration: 6 months, renewable / Start date: January 2027
- Location: Villeneuve d'Ascq (59), 2 days remote
- Daily rate: 400/450EUR
