Responsibilities

Operation, configuration, and further development of solutions for the central provision of digital work environments and applications

Administration and optimization of existing server and system landscapes as well as associated directory and network services

Automation of regular maintenance and update processes as well as identification and remediation of technical security risks

Analysis and processing of technical disruptions and service requests within the scope of extended IT support

Maintenance of technical documentation as well as continuous development of operating procedures and technical standards

Qualification Profile:

Completed IT training, technical degree, or comparable qualification in the IT environment

In-depth experience in the administration and support of complex server and system landscapes as well as associated directory and network services

Practical knowledge in the management and provision of central work environments and applications

Experience with automated maintenance and update processes is an advantage

Good understanding of IT security and handling technical vulnerabilities

Structured, self-reliant way of working as well as strong teamwork skills

Willingness to occasionally take on on-call duties

Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
