Fullstack Developer (AI first)

Hi there!

Our team is constantly growing and expanding, which is why we are looking for a Fullstack Developer who codes with AI daily and wants to create interesting solutions for Poland, Europe, and the World with us.

Who are we?

How do we work with AI?

Claude Code is our primary work tool: for breaking down tasks, writing code, tests, and code reviews, etc. If you already work with AI and want to develop in this area, you've come to the right place.

What and how will you do with us?

⌨️ Project for an international client, both backend and frontend;

⌨️ Daily work with Claude Code and co-creating our way of working with AI (configurations, commands, agents);

⌨️ Task distribution: new functionalities 70%, bugs and maintenance 20%, meetings 10%;

⌨️ Influence on technology selection and project development direction.

What do we expect from you?

✅ Min. 2 years of commercial experience;

✅ Experience in backend and frontend work;

✅ Experience with Claude Code / Codex and a critical view of code written by AI;

✅ MCP, sub-agents, writing custom skills, CLAUDE.md, etc.

✅ Communication, openness, and teamwork skills;

✅ Communicative English;

✅ If you live near Warsaw: willingness to work hybrid (office approx. 3 times a week).
