- Lead the IT program: master plan, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, QCDR reporting, and preparation of decisions
- Lead the Platform & Digital stream: MDM and CRM for patient and expert organizations, patient insights management, patient portal
- Define the target architecture (global/local model, phased country deployment), with Make / Buy / Upgrade decisions and the interoperability matrix of existing platforms
- Lead governance: Core Team, Program Committee, Steering Committee, design authority with Architecture and Security
- Build synergies with related initiatives (global CRM, medical insights) and prepare cross-functional decisions
- Conduct consultations and RFPs: specifications, scoring grid, presentations, recommendation
- Manage integrators and software vendors: build, tests, acceptance, go-live, phased deployment, and transition to run
- Frame data challenges: master data, quality, traceability, GDPR compliance, and health data
- CRM, MDM, content management, SaaS solutions
- Enterprise architecture, integration, data governance, security, AI/GenAI
- Management of suppliers and integrators
- 12 years or more in managing complex IT / Digital programs, including a program directorship
- International transformation programs (global/local model, phased deployments in subsidiaries)
- Solution selection (RFP) and management of software vendors and integrators
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical / Patient Affairs, or a highly regulated environment strongly desired
- Prince2, PMI / PgMP certification or equivalent
