Functional Administrator BIOS and Quadient (interim)

Project overview

As a functional administrator, you will support users with the BIOS application and the associated Quadient environment.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Supporting users in working with BIOS
• Advising on the application, instructing users, and organizing training
• Translating user requirements to the product owner and advising on prioritization
• Creating user stories
• Performing chain and regression tests prior to releases
• Consulting with technical administrators of the service provider
• Configuring, adapting, and creating templates within Quadient in accordance with applicable frameworks
• Managing templates used by multiple teams and applications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional administrator, both in traditional infra and in containerized environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating with end-users in creating templates and letters with text-data integration
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in agile teams and scrum processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and independently creating queries
• HBO work and thinking level, in the direction of Functional Administration or comparable
• Minimum 3 years of experience with incident management
• Minimum 3 years of experience with release management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gathering user requirements and translating them into requirements and user stories, including document generation and template configuration
• Minimum 2 years of experience with application testing, including chain and regression testing and coordination with third parties
• Experience within government organizations
