- Location: Paris 9th
- Remote work: 2 days per week
- Schedule: full-time
- Start date: early January 2027, possibility to start earlier depending on availability
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the scope
- Provide GIS expertise for the indoor mapping project of Parisian stations.
- Contribute to the structuring, management, and exploitation of geographic data.
- Support the work of representing pedestrian pathways within stations.
- Utilize open-source GIS solutions adapted to the project's needs.
- Contribute to the creation of reliable and usable indoor pathway mapping.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of geospatial data.
- Provide technical expertise to address the specific challenges of indoor mapping in a transport environment.
Responsibilities
Activities envisaged, to be specified upon receipt of the client's mission brief:
- Analyze functional and technical needs related to indoor mapping.
- Participate in the collection, structuring, and modeling of geographic data.
- Utilize and manipulate GIS data with open-source solutions.
- Contribute to the design and production of station pathway maps.
- Participate in the management and optimization of spatial data.
- Identify technical constraints specific to the representation of indoor spaces.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders.
