Our client in the cybersecurity sector is creating a Program Manager position to structure the execution of its roadmap and ensure coordination between R&D and Product teams. The position reports to the VP Engineering.
Main missions
- Lead the core team for the next-generation product: organize rituals, track decisions, maintain execution pace
- Ensure tracking of milestones and roadmap progress, in close collaboration with the VP Engineering and the Head of Product
- Coordinate resources between R&D and Product to ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery capacity
- Track deliverables and program health indicators: progress, risks, debt, dependencies
- Anticipate schedule slippages, identify weak signals, and proactively alert stakeholders
- Prepare and lead reporting meetings: roadmap reviews, steering committees
- Document decisions and ensure traceability of commitments
