Interim HR Advisor role to cover a colleague's maternity leave, involving HR advisory work and project management.
Project overview
Replacement of a colleague during maternity leave, with a mix of HR advisory work and project management.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supporting management and managers with issues related to inflow, outflow, absenteeism, performance, sustainable employability, and organizational development
- Guiding complex personnel-related cases
- Translating laws, regulations, and HR policy into workable agreements for daily practice
- Identifying organization-wide HR issues and advising on them proactively
- Contributing to the further development and professionalization of HR processes and policy
- Leading the local implementation of HR21, the new job evaluation system, acting as the primary point of contact and connector between stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management
- Experience in a similar role as a senior HR advisor
- Experience with AFAS Profit
- Independent operation at tactical and strategic levels
- Demonstrable experience in managing HR projects that concern the entire organization
