As an interim HR Manager, you will temporarily lead the HR department and General Secretariat of ODZOB, focusing on managing the team, improving HR processes, and advising management.

As interim HR Manager, you will temporarily lead the HR department and General Secretariat of ODZOB.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing the HR department and General Secretariat
- Ensuring and improving HR processes and the outsourced payroll administration within AFAS
- Guiding and further developing the HR team towards more maturity
- Advising the board and management at strategic and operational level
- Leading the General Secretariat of 10 employees
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or Organizational Sciences
- Additional training or demonstrable experience in change management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the HR field
- At least 8 years of experience as a manager
- Proven experience in professionalizing HR departments and processes
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with payroll administration within AFAS
- Experience gained at a (semi-)public organization
