HRIS Project Manager / Program Manager

Responsibilities

Profile

• Management of the entire HRIS selection and implementation project from requirements gathering to rollout
• Execution and management of a structured RFP/tender process
• Consolidation and prioritization of functional, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Creation of requirement catalogs, evaluation matrices, and decision templates
• Evaluation of potential HRIS providers and implementation partners
• Planning and management of data migrations and system integrations
• Coordination of all relevant stakeholders including HR, IT, data protection, information security, legal, and employee representation
• Establishment of robust project, risk, resource, and reporting management
• Management of pilot phases, rollout, change management, training, and knowledge transfer
• Proven experience in leading HRIS or HCM projects
• Sound practical experience in HR system selection, tender, and implementation projects (RFP/RFQ)
• Solid experience with international HR processes and global rollouts
• Deep understanding of HR data models, digital personnel files, authorization and role models, as well as data protection requirements
• Experience with interface management, data migrations, APIs, identity management, and HR system integrations
• Confident interaction with diverse stakeholder groups up to management level
• Knowledge of Personio and experience with HiBob
• Native or comparable German language skills
• Very good English skills
• Willingness for on-site assignments
