Project overview

You will join a strategic project for the transformation of HR tools and processes, within a structured and collaborative environment. As an HRIS Project Manager Workday, you will support the deployment of the Workday HRIS solution, in direct liaison with the HR teams, the Workday integrator, and the IT Project Manager. Your role will be central to coordinating stakeholders and ensuring project success.

• Lead and coordinate the work of HR business teams, IT, and the Workday integrator.
• Manage the project schedule, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and lead steering committees, facilitate decision-making, and ensure regular reporting.
• Gather, analyze, and challenge the functional needs of HR teams.
• Translate business challenges into functional requirements and ensure they are addressed.
• Participate in the functional design and validation phases of proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of HR processes.
• Organize and coordinate the business acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Monitor anomalies and support their resolution.
• Prepare for deployment and support users in adopting Workday.
• Close collaboration with HR, business, IT, and integrator teams.
• Multi-entity, structured environment, focused on operational excellence.
• HRIS transformation project centered on Workday.
• Main location: Toulouse (possibility of Paris region depending on profile).
• Hybrid remote work: 2 to 3 days per week.
• Regular on-site presence according to project needs.
