Job description
Seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead the deployment of the Workday solution for a strategic HRIS transformation project in the Paris region.
Project overview
As part of a strategic HRIS transformation project, Soors is looking for an HRIS Project Manager – Workday to oversee the deployment of the Workday solution within a structured and dynamic environment in the Paris region.
Main missions:
Environment:
- Lead and coordinate the work of HR business teams, in conjunction with IT teams and the Workday integrator.
- Manage the schedule, deliverables, risks, and project dependencies.
- Prepare and lead monitoring committees, facilitate decision-making, and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and challenge the business needs of HR teams, and translate them into functional requirements.
- Participate in the functional design and validation phases of the proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of HR processes within the Workday project.
- Organize and coordinate business acceptance testing (UAT) phases, track issues, and support their resolution.
- Prepare for deployment and support users in adopting the Workday solution.
- Facilitate change management and the adoption of Workday by teams.
- HRIS project centered around the Workday solution.
- Close collaboration with HR, IT, and the Workday integrator teams.
- Hybrid model: regular presence on-site in the Paris region and 2 to 3 days of remote work per week.
