IAM Architect

Project overview

We are looking for an IAM Architect / IAM Expert (Identity and Access Management) to work with one of our major clients in Orléans on projects involving the construction, security, and restructuring of identity and access management systems.

You will be involved in IAM architecture and infrastructure evolution projects, with the goal of optimizing identity, access, and authorization management within a complex technical environment.

Your role will be to support the teams in structuring and transforming existing systems, while ensuring their security, consistency, and reliability.

We are looking for an experienced IAM Architect / IAM Expert with solid expertise in identity and authorization management, as well as in the design and evolution of associated security architectures.

You have a strong command of IAM environments and are capable of working on projects involving the construction, transformation, and restructuring of identity management systems.

You have a good understanding of technical infrastructures, directories, and security issues related to access management.

Experience with mixed environments, particularly related to messaging infrastructures, is an asset.

You also possess technical skills in scripting, especially with PowerShell, enabling you to contribute to automation and integration work.

Beyond your technical expertise, you are able to support teams, propose architectural directions, and actively participate in structuring IAM solutions.

Autonomous, rigorous, and with good analytical skills, you can work in complex technical environments and collaborate effectively with infrastructure and security teams.

• Participate in the design, construction, and evolution of IAM architectures.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement in identity and authorization management.
• Support the restructuring and optimization of IAM environments.
• Design and implement identity, access, and authorization management solutions.
• Address security architecture issues related to identities and access.
• Ensure the integration and adaptation of IAM tools within the information system.
• Participate in identity management in mixed technical environments.
• Address interactions between IAM systems, directories, and messaging environments.
• Perform occasional developments and automation scripts, particularly in PowerShell.
• Analyze technical issues and propose solutions adapted to the client's needs.
• Support technical teams in the evolution and security of IAM infrastructures.
• Participate in defining best practices and improving authorization management processes.
• Solid mastery of IAM environments (Identity and Access Management) and identity and authorization management mechanisms.
• Proven experience in designing and evolving IAM architectures.
• Good knowledge of security architectures and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in building, transforming, or restructuring IAM systems.
• Ability to integrate, configure, and evolve identity management tools.
• Good understanding of directory and identity management environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments, particularly Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, is appreciated.
• Experience with hybrid or mixed environments is appreciated.
• Knowledge of messaging infrastructures and their interactions with identity systems is appreciated.
• Mastery of PowerShell for scripting and automation of technical tasks.
• Ability to perform occasional developments and address technical integration issues.
• Good understanding of security, access management, and identity governance challenges.
