For a client in the insurance sector, we are looking for a communicative and well-organized personality to support in the area of Digital Workplace and IMW Rollout.

In this role, you will support the ongoing rollout of the modern workplace, take on support tasks in the workplace environment, and act as a central interface between users, Service Desk, Engineering, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The focus is on stable operations, efficient ticket processing, clear communication, and coordinated rollout support.

• 2nd level support for the IMW workplace
• Processing, coordination, and follow-up of tickets in the workplace environment
• Support for the rollout, including within the framework of an extended IT Lounge
• Interface to Engineering for continuous improvements
• Interface to the Service Desk for support cases and escalations
• Lifecycle and rollout management, including planning, communication, and commissioning
• Coordination with external infrastructure and workplace partners
• Active communication with users, business units, and technical teams
• Support with organizational and operational issues related to the Digital Workplace
• Experience in ICT support or workplace support environment
• Experience in 2nd level support of workplace solutions is an advantage
• Technical understanding in the workplace, client, or digital workplace environment
• Completed technical training or comparable practical experience
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of active stakeholder management
• Strong organizational talent and structured way of working
• Ability to manage support, rollout, and coordination in parallel
• Service-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills
• Good French skills
• Willingness for high on-site presence
