ICT Security Architect / Zero Trust / Security Architecture / IAM / PAM / 100% / ZH

Project For a demanding Zero Trust transformation program at a leading Swiss bank customer in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior ICT / Security Architect. You will design the future security and IT architecture based on a comprehensive Zero Trust model. You will analyze the existing architecture, develop the target state, and translate Zero Trust principles into concrete technical architectures, reference models, and actionable roadmaps. Start asap for 15 months at 100%.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the existing security and IT architecture and derivation of the required capabilities, technical enablers, and dependencies
• Prioritization and implementation of concrete Zero Trust use cases as well as development of reference architectures, security guardrails, and technical roadmaps
• Conception and support of MVPs and pilots for validation and scaling of the target architecture
• Management and coordination of architectural work with Enterprise Architecture, CIO organization, Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Application teams

• Several years of experience as a Security / Cyber Security / ICT / Enterprise Architect
• Experience with Zero Trust and ideally NIST / SP 800-207
• Broad security expertise in IAM/PAM, Network/Segmentation, Cloud, Application, and Data Security
• Experience in large, regulated environments, ideally Banking/Financial Services
• Experience with target and reference architectures, security guardrails, and transformation roadmaps
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills at the enterprise/management level
• German: Fluent C1
