Job description

Project overview

As an information specialist, you will contribute to the functional implementation of CALS. You will analyze, develop, document, and test information management processes and their associated functional design. You will help manage, archive, and keep documents and files accessible throughout their lifecycle.

You will work within established frameworks and under the guidance of experienced specialists. You will focus primarily on inventorying, developing, documenting, and verifying information management processes, metadata, functionality, and test results.

What will you do?

As a medior specialist, you will independently analyze information management processes and translate them into functional requirements and configuration proposals. You will test and guide parts of the CALS implementation, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, advise on solutions, and coordinate complex issues with responsible specialists.

You will work closely with information management, functional management, and architecture.

  • You will analyze and specify functional configuration requirements and user scenarios for CALS and linked applications.
  • You will prepare, execute, and evaluate tests. You will analyze findings and advise on adjustments and acceptance.
