The Innovation Lead will lay the foundation for structural innovation at the municipality of Apeldoorn within six months.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Implement the innovation approach and governance within the Innovation Lab of the Information department
- Realize concrete innovation and AI initiatives with demonstrable results
- Optimize existing innovation processes within the organization
- Align progress and priorities with internal stakeholders and employees of the Information department
- Lead multidisciplinary innovation projects in areas including AI and digital innovation
- University work and thinking level
- Demonstrable minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation, transformation, or change assignments within complex organizations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a complex organization such as a municipality, province, ministry, bank, or insurance company
- Experience in setting up and implementing innovation processes, methods, or governance
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary innovation projects
- Experience working according to agile/scrum methodologies
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
