Interim Business Analyst

Project overview

The following tasks will be performed as part of a transformation project in the fund sector:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyze, design, and implement a Target Operating Model for Fund Administration and Accounting
• Conduct impact, gap, and process analyses, as well as create and optimize SOPs and process documentation
• Define business requirements for reporting solutions and data flows
• Identify, document, and track business defects during testing and implementation phases
• Support business planning and ensure operational stability during the transformation
• Coordinate with global product areas on middle office insourcing, transaction management, collateral management, and custody services
• Many years of experience in the areas of Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, and NAV processes
• Solid expertise in processes related to securities, derivatives, clearing, settlement, and collateral management
• Experience in custody or asset servicing environments, ideally complemented by knowledge of middle office transformations and tri-party collateral agents
• Profound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the fund sector (UCITS, AIFs) as well as in investment compliance and regulatory reporting
• Experience in analyzing complex data flows and creating audit-proof process documentation
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Experience in international projects with globally distributed stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills
