Interim Distribution & Logistics Manager

Project overview

As an interim specialist, you will independently map the distribution and logistics chain and initiate improvements.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing existing distribution and logistics processes, including improvement potential
• Developing an improvement plan with measurable KPIs, priorities, and implementation proposals
• Developing optimization proposals for collaboration with logistics service providers and chain partners
• Advising on cost control, delivery reliability, and standardization of processes
• Securing and transferring realized improvements to the internal organization
• Extensive experience with logistics optimization and distribution issues within international organizations
• Demonstrable expertise in supply chain management and the realization of operational improvement projects
• Affinity with medical technology, pharmaceutical sector, or other highly regulated environments is a plus
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, KPI development, and process optimization
• Strong communication skills and ability to create support for changes
• Independent, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach
