Project overview
Take ownership of a business-critical executive reward cycle for a large international organisation.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Lead the executive reward cycle through to final Board approval
- Combine performance ratings and targets across a global executive population into individual bonus awards
- Interrogate compensation data and resolve inconsistencies to ensure robust outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Reward, Finance and other business stakeholders
- Prepare final compensation outputs for Board-level review and sign-off
- Strong background in Executive Compensation / Executive Reward
- Experience running annual bonus or incentive cycles for senior populations
- Highly numerate with strong command of complex compensation data
- Credibility and judgement to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Background gained in a large, international or comparably complex organisation
- Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice
