For a demanding interim project in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on time management and ATOSS.
The project focuses on the further development and optimization of existing time management and scheduling processes, as well as providing expert support to the HR department.
We are looking for an experienced individual who can reliably map complex working time models and practically implement collective agreement and legal requirements in ATOSS.
Responsibilities
Introduction, further development, and optimization of the ATOSS time management solution
Mapping and adaptation of complex shift and rotating shift models
Ensuring collective agreement-compliant working time arrangements, taking into account the Working Time Act
Support and mapping of work protection accounts (ASK)
Analysis and optimization of existing time management processes
Adaptation and further development of scheduling logic
Expert advice and operational support for the HR department
Knowledge transfer to internal contact persons and specialist departments
Requirements
Sound practical experience with ATOSS in the area of time management and scheduling
Very good knowledge of complex shift and rotating shift models
Experience with collective agreement and working time law frameworks
Ideally, project experience in the healthcare sector or in comparable organizations with complex scheduling structures
Experience in optimizing and implementing time management processes
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with HR specialist departments
Willingness for regular presence in the Stuttgart area
