Exciting interim mandate.

• Support and assistance for clients during ongoing projects and in daily business
• Coordination of activities within the scope of system, product, or process changes
• Planning, tracking, and documentation of relevant work packages and milestones
• Point of contact for technical inquiries regarding payment transaction products and associated processes
• Coordination with various internal departments such as Operations, IT, business units, and service units
• Identification of risks, dependencies, and potential challenges, as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Ensuring transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support in finding solutions for operational or customer-related issues
• Monitoring project progress and regular reporting to relevant contacts
• Several years of experience in customer-oriented roles within banks, financial service providers, or comparable regulated environments
• Good knowledge of payment transaction processes, transaction flows, or corresponding products
• Confident demeanor in communication with internal and external contacts
• Experience in managing cross-departmental coordination
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel and set priorities independently
• Confident handling of escalations, problem issues, and different interest groups
• Fluent English skills. Good German skills are an advantage.
