As an Interim Payment Operations Specialist, you will support clients in daily business and ongoing projects in payment transactions.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate activities during system, product, or process changes
• Plan, track, and document work packages and milestones
• Answer technical questions about payment transaction products and processes
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, business departments, and service units
• Identify risks and dependencies and initiate appropriate measures
• Ensure transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Participate in resolving operational and customer-related issues
• Monitor project progress and report to relevant contacts
• Several years of experience in customer-oriented roles at banks, financial service providers, or comparable regulated environments
• Sound knowledge of payment transaction processes, transaction flows, and corresponding products
• Confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external counterparts
• Experience in coordinating cross-departmental alignment processes
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel and prioritize independently
• Confident handling of escalations and different interest groups
• Negotiating-level English skills, good German skills desirable
