Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting policy documents on privacy according to the IBD model, with the aim of implementing them by the end of this year
- Updating the processing register and establishing a fixed procedure for this
- Establishing a procedure for DPIAs and informing internal stakeholders about it
- Assessing whether a DPIA is necessary and supporting its execution
- Updating the privacy statement
- Advising colleagues and management on privacy and data protection
- Monitoring compliance with the GDPR and internal privacy rules
- Demonstrable work experience as a privacy officer within the social domain
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with the GDPR
- Experience in drafting privacy policy documents
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- Work experience with conducting a DPIA
