Interim Production Engineer

Project overview

As an Interim Production Engineer, you will work on improving and standardizing production processes during the integration of two production lines.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyze production processes and perform a baseline measurement to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement uniform work instructions and work processes
• Perform Root Cause Analyses to determine the causes of disruptions and implement structural improvements
• Support team leaders and operators in improving collaboration, competencies, and daily management
• Monitor KPIs and improvement results and ensure new working methods are embedded
• At least 5 years of experience in process optimization within an industrial production environment
• Experience gained in the food and packaging sector or a comparable industry
• Demonstrable experience in performing Root Cause Analyses
• Experience in drafting work instructions and implementing improvements
• Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level
• Good command of the Dutch language
