- Have overall operational responsibility for the business's daily operations, production, and delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient production flows, routines, and working methods.
- Ensure well-functioning production planning and optimal resource allocation.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees and create clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Ensure high quality, good regulatory compliance, and efficient processes.
- Follow up on productivity, costs, and results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You have solid experience in operational leadership within large-scale production operations.
- You have a good understanding of production planning, flow optimization, and resource management.
- You are a confident and present leader with the ability to create structure, engagement, and progress.
- You are used to working close to the operations and enjoy combining a strategic overall perspective with operational execution.
- You have a strong focus on results and costs and are driven by creating tangible improvements.
- Experience from operations with high quality and hygiene requirements is a merit.
