As a project manager, you will lead the approach to grid congestion and housing construction within a province.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading the approach to grid congestion and housing construction
• Connecting municipalities, housing associations, market parties, and grid operators
• Implementing the ACM prioritization framework for housing construction
• Ensuring alignment between housing construction schedules and the investment and execution schedules of grid operators
• Promoting grid-aware construction
• Linking the planning process for housing construction with the installation of utilities
• Translating complex developments around grid congestion into concrete actions
• Advising administrators and connecting diverse interests
• Minimum completed HBO bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy systems, energy infrastructure, spatial planning, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the role of project manager
• Experience in leading complex collaborations between governments, grid operators, housing associations, or market parties (desired)
• Experience within a government organization in the field of housing construction, area development, or spatial development (preferred)
• Experience with issues related to energy, grid congestion, or the energy transition in relation to housing construction (preferred)
