- Control of project scope, deadlines, costs, resources, and risks
- Ensuring structured product development, including validation, technical approvals, and industrialization
- Coordination and alignment with development, production, quality, purchasing, product management, and management
- Management of external development partners and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Several years of experience in managing development and industrialization projects in an industrial environment
- Demonstrable experience in the product creation process from development to series readiness
- Sound understanding of metallic components or technical system products and their manufacturing processes
- Experience in requirements, risk, and stakeholder management
