Interim Project Manager Reception Facility

Project overview

As project manager, you will have full responsibility for the preparation, renovation, furnishing, delivery, and handover of a reception facility for asylum seekers.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Drawing up and monitoring the project plan and schedule
• Translating administrative frameworks into a program of requirements
• Conducting technical, legal, and financial research
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Leading architects, consultants, and engineers
• Monitoring coordination between various technical disciplines
• Coordinating permit processes
• Guiding procurement and tendering processes
• Coordinating contract formation and monitoring agreements
• Managing additional work, reduced work, claims, and contract risks
• Directing renovation and furnishing activities
• Monitoring budget, quality, safety, and progress during execution
• Organizing construction and progress meetings
• Reporting on progress, finances, risks, and deviations
• Organizing the delivery and handling of outstanding issues
• Organizing and conducting an integrated operational test
• Coordinating security, cleaning, waste disposal, and utilities
• Setting up the organization for malfunctions and emergencies
• Compiling a complete delivery and handover file
• Guiding the transition to the municipal management organization
• HBO work and thinking level as a minimum requirement
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience as a project manager in real estate and/or construction projects
• Experience with at least 2 renovation or transformation projects
• Availability of your own laptop and phone for the assignment
• Meeting the conditions for self-employment
