Seeking an interim Project Manager to establish a new product management approach within the Technical Advice Team (TTA), aligning with the new Strategy & Policy structure. The role involves leading the project, defining new structures, and guiding the implementation of changes.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on establishing product management of a new style within the Technical Advice Team (TTA), aligned with the new setup of Strategy & Policy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Bearing line responsibility for team members and other involved resources, including operational management and strategic coaching
- Managing the entire project in terms of scope, time, quality, and results
- Inventorying the current setup, working methods, and responsibilities of product management within TTA
- Developing a new main structure for product management that fits the renewed setup of S&B
- Clarifying roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and necessary decision-making
- Developing and aligning the governance and consultation structure with relevant stakeholders
- Comprehensively mapping content, processes, systems, stakeholders, decision-making, and development
- Ensuring coherent positioning of TTA products, such as expertise tooling, recovery tools, vibration tools, and GIS
- Aligning the setup with involved team components and organizational components
- Representing the interests and coherence of TTA product management in relevant consultations
- Translating agreements made into a concrete working method and setup
- Guiding the implementation of the new setup within the ongoing product management
- Identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks and developing solution proposals
- Delivering decision-making and implementation documentation
- Handing over the established working method and associated documentation to the organization
- Completed university education (WO)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, focused on connecting departments, interests, and disciplines within a multidisciplinary organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in independently setting up or optimizing processes, structures, or governance
- Experience within organizations where policy, execution, IT/IV, and substantive expertise are closely linked
- Experience in the field of organizational development and change processes
- Practical experience in process management and/or portfolio management
