Interim Transformation Manager

Project overview

Leading a complex carve-out process at a private equity portfolio company.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Directing the full carve-out program, from planning to execution
• Establishing and leading the Transformation Management Office (TMO)
• Developing and executing a detailed separation roadmap
• Achieving functional separation in areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Commercial
• Establishing new governance, reporting, and control structures suitable for a PE context
• Managing stakeholders such as the board, investors, management teams, advisors, and suppliers
• Identifying and implementing EBITDA improvements and operational efficiency programs
• Controlling risks, dependencies, and critical milestones
• Preparing the organization for the next value creation phase and a potential exit
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation, change, or turnaround programs
• Proven experience with carve-outs, integrations, or separations in a Private Equity context
• Background as Program Director, Transformation Director, Transformation Manager, or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Finance, Operations, IT, and governance in medium to large organizations
• Experience with value creation programs and EBITDA improvement projects
• Excellent C-level stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on mentality with high execution power
• Fluent command of Dutch and English
