Interim Finance Manager

Project overview

For an established company in the electronics industry in the greater Pforzheim area, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take over an interim solution. The position is to be filled with a workload of 80-100 percent over an expected period of 6-12 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of the company and act as a strategic sparring partner at management level. You will support transformation and optimization projects and assist the company in further developing its financial processes.

Your tasks include quality assurance of monthly and annual closing processes, analysis and further development of reporting, and derivation of management impulses. You will advise on the optimization of controlling instruments and standard costing processes, support budget, forecast, and liquidity planning, and provide technical support to the finance team during change phases. Furthermore, you will identify optimization potential in finance processes and system landscapes and support ERP developments.

You bring several years of interim experience in senior finance functions and have in-depth knowledge of reporting, controlling, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in supporting closing processes, international group structures, finance transformations, and ERP projects is required. As a confident sparring partner for management and executives, you will contribute significantly to success.
