IoT Sales Support Specialist

Project overview

• Advising clients and recommending products and services tailored to their needs
• Managing client cases from acceptance of the report to its resolution and recording activities in systems
• Coordinating the execution of orders and services, monitoring deadlines, and informing clients about the status of cases
• Handling complaints, grievances, interventions, and non-standard inquiries, in cooperation with relevant teams
• Analyzing client needs and situations, identifying opportunities for developing cooperation and reducing the risk of client churn
• Cooperating with sales, operational, and technical teams to ensure high-quality service
• Reporting problems and irregularities in processes and proposing improvements
• Minimum secondary education
• Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the business segment
• Ability to build relationships and conduct clear, professional telephone and written communication
• Good work organization, accuracy, and ability to coordinate several cases simultaneously
• Minimum basic knowledge of English
• Ease of working with IT systems

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, IoT, or sales of technological services for companies
