Seeking an experienced IT Administrator for a financial industry client to handle operational IT administration, application support, and project involvement. The role requires strong experience in a banking environment and specific system knowledge.
Project overview
For our client in the financial industry, we are looking for an IT Administrator.
Responsibilities
Skills:
- Operational IT administration as well as processing and coordination of tickets
- Support and administration of existing applications, tools, and systems
- Introduction of new tools and support in the creation of workflows
- Participation in IT projects and assumption of operational tasks
- Support with IT audits as well as processing and follow-up of audit requests – currently around 155 requests
- IT inventory and patch management
- Support with topics related to Business Continuity Management (BCM) and information security
- Seniority and broad practical experience as an IT administrator in a banking environment
- Very good knowledge of the Atruvia system and application landscape
- Experience with agree21 and ideally SFOS
- Basic understanding of BCM, information security, and IT audits
- Independent, pragmatic, and reliable way of working
- Willingness to consistently work through even small and outstanding tasks
