• Very good knowledge and sound practical experience in SAP HCM, particularly regarding relevant data structures, processes, and system interdependencies
• Good knowledge and practical experience with SAP HCM in the public sector, especially with regard to the specific requirements and processes of public administration
• Strong expert knowledge and comprehensive practical experience in SAP ILM, especially in the conception and implementation of deletion, retention, and archiving processes, taking into account legal and data protection requirements (GDPR)

Service Description:

• Creation and coordination of an ILM concept for the SAP HCM / HR area, taking into account functional, organizational, and system requirements
• Coordination with involved sub-projects and integration of all relevant specialist teams and system administrators
• Ensuring a complete consideration of the ILM concept's relevant service points, processes, and requirements
• Planning, execution, and continuation of functional workshops for the development, validation, and coordination of the ILM concept
• Recording, analysis, and evaluation of existing deletion, retention, archiving, and historization processes in the SAP HCM and HR environment
• Analysis and consideration of affected SAP HCM data sets, personnel documents, interfaces, and upstream/downstream peripheral systems
• Development and coordination of functional responsibilities and governance structures, particularly regarding release, execution, control, and record-keeping
• Consolidation of functional and system requirements as well as workshop results into a coordinated, consistent, and binding ILM concept for the overall project
• Support in transferring the ILM concept into actionable requirements and measures for the involved functional and IT teams
